A windfall for local jeweler

Thousands of shareholders have gathered in Omaha, Neb for Berkshire Hathaway's annual meeting. More than 10,000 people crowded into Borsheim's jewelry store Friday evening for the first official event of the Berkshire annual meeting. Shareholders are offered discounts of up to 50%. Not bad!

And jewelry designer Michael Beaudry said he was close to selling a rare red diamond ring. He wouldn't divulge the price, but said a red diamond a little less than one carat in size recently sold at auction for $1 million. Wow!!
